Corporate Events
A New Kind of Team Experience
Put your team head-to-head on the same circuit, with a dedicated host running the format and a leaderboard keeping score.
Why it works
A Shared Experience, Not a Spectator Event
Everyone drives. The session is structured so the quietest person in the room gets the same seat time as the loudest, and the board in front of the group gives the whole thing a shape: qualifying, heats, a result worth arguing about on the way back to the office.
Racing slots neatly between the agenda items of an offsite or a client day, and your host handles the running of it, so nobody on your side has anything to organise once everyone arrives.
Ideal for modern teams
Where this tends to land
- Team-building and offsites
- Client entertainment
- Sales kickoffs and milestones
- Company outings
Designed for everyone
No racing background required
Inclusive
Nobody needs racing experience. Everyone is set up and comfortable in the seat before the first green light.
Social
Racers go side by side and watch each other's laps, so the group stays together instead of splitting into a queue and a waiting area.
Engaging
Live timing turns an hour of driving into a competition with a standing, a final, and a name at the top of the board.
Flexible
Dial the competition up or down. Some teams want a full championship format; others want an hour of open racing and conversation.
San Ramon pricing
What a private event costs
San Ramon publishes its private-event rates outright. Weekday events are priced below weekends, and 30-minute extensions are available at both rates.
Racers rotate through the simulators in 30-minute waves, so as a rough guide an hour suits about twice as many racers as the venue has simulators. A bigger group is not a problem, it usually just books a little longer. These are planning figures rather than limits. Tell the venue your numbers and they will shape the event around them.
These are San Ramon's rates. Miami prices corporate events on enquiry. Send us your headcount and a rough date and we'll come back with a quote for that venue.

Send the form below with your headcount, a rough date and the venue you want. A couple of lines about the occasion helps.
We build your event
We come back with availability and a plan: race format, running order, how long you need, and what it costs at that location.
Show up and race
Your host takes it from there. Your team arrives, gets set up in the seats, and starts racing.
Questions
Before you book
Does everyone race together, or take turns?
Everyone races together in shared, head-to-head sessions, with the whole group on the same circuit at the same time. Larger groups are split into heats when there are more racers than simulators.
Do you need racing experience to participate?
No. The experience is designed to be approachable for beginners while still holding the attention of more experienced drivers. Your host helps everyone get comfortable before the racing starts.
Is the experience competitive or more casual?
Either. Some teams want heats, a final and a podium; others want an open hour where people drift between seats and talk. Tell us which you're after and your host sets the format to match.
How long do corporate events typically last?
Most events run 1.5 to 2 hours, which leaves plenty of time to race, talk and enjoy the experience together. Time can be extended in 30-minute increments.
Booked time includes getting in and out of the simulators and loading between sessions. A 30-minute reservation, for instance, is about 25 minutes of actual racing. Allow for that when you're deciding how long to book.
